A few years ago I ran out of oil in freezing weather. I ordered it 6 days earlier but the previous company never delivered even tho I called everyday. I ran out on a Saturday and called tens of companies. No one was looking for new customers. I spoke with John Gilchrist, Falcon Oil, and he had a truck at my home on Sunday morning at 6:00am. He worked with Jeff in Falcon office. I will never leave Falcon Oil. They took care of us when our previous company let us down. Thank you John and Jeff!!

I have been a customer of falcon oil since they took over another oil company and they do a great job. I was worried cuz sometimes when that happens you don't get the same great service but they have proved me wrong and are always reliable. Thank you guys great job.
