My Mother's basement flooded 1-12-26. Her hot water went out. Billington showed and supposedly relit the pilot and we was good. I get home from work today and she said my hot water went out again. Billington shows... here for 10-15 mins relit the pilot and charges 160 dollars! How do we know he did it right the day before! Then blames me when I never touched the hot water heater! Will be calling tom to figure out why she was charged the MAX amount! I feel as tho my 77 year old mother was overcharged and taken advantage of!

Saved the day! We had our first ever burst pipe and had water streaming through a light in our garage. They were able to fix the leak for us on a Sunday after the super artic cold snap and were so nice and reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again.

This company is first class!! I called them around 11:00 due to a hot water tank issue and I had Bill here within a couple of hours replacing it with a new one! They put our new furnace in a few years back too - I would recommend their services in a heartbeat to anyone in need of them!

I am a recurring customer. Made an appointment to have a terrible leak in my kitchen sink fixed. Could not use sink at all. I was given an appointment a little over a week out. The morning of the appointment, they called and had to reschedule. Despite it being inconvenient for me, I reschedule for the following Monday at 10:30 am. Not only did Billington not show up that day, they never even called. And when I tried calling them three times throughout the day, no one answered and I couldn't leave a message because their voicemail box was full, which often seems to be the case. Two work days wasted due to their complete lack of consideration and professionalism. I have switched to Monahan and Every.

Never on time, nor responsive to calls. Follow up is awful and left my downstairs bathroom unusable for several months because they failed to fix it the first time due to leaving a part from the old pump (the gasket) behind, which immediately malfunctioned once installed, resulting in another several month waiting period for anything to be done. Between not being called back to show they were at least on my case, not ordering the parts properly, and setting an appointment only to blow us off for another without setting an immediate follow-up, we've decided to no longer use the service after doing so for years.
