They keep harassing us to take down the review, the review is covered by the FTC. IM very concerned that they will not leave us alone to the point where we need to file a complaint and also engage a lawyer *********AVOID AT ALL COST******** UPDATE: We discovered they broke the motherboard on the washing machine from another company. They denied the issue and just offered to give us the $100 back. They went into a tailspin on the phone and didn't offer any reconciliation. Our intention now is to take them to Small claims court as the mother board is $700 cost. I would NOT use this company. In fact they got us confused with another customer complaint while we were on the phone. This doesn't seem like an Isolated incident. From start to finish this was a good experience. I called about our fridge not staying cold. I scheduled a date so they could come and take a look. On the scheduled date, he was on time and inspected the fridge. Thirty minutes after he left, I received a call with an estimate. I agreed. They ordered the part and he came and installed it. It's been working fine since then. I feel they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would use them again.

Our Fridge was not staying cold. The door switch was broken and I called Bills to have it fixed. Cynthia sent out repair guy Dave who told me "The switch is not the issue. That just turns the light on and off." He says my issue is the defrost system needs to be replaced. $645 for repairs. One month goes by and the same situation occurs. Call Cynthia again. She says Dave no longer works for her. And she'll let me know when she can get someone else to come look at it. After multiple phone calls and multiple months another service man, Carlos comes out. Of course it was just enough time for the original work warranty to be expired. So Carlos wants $225 to install the switch that has been broken the whole time. I googled the part number and it's a $7 part which I ordered and fixed myself. Stay
