Bill's Key and Lock Shop

What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they'll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I'm not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.

Amazing quality and speed, and a reasonable price to boot! I called Bill’s Key and Lock Shop this morning because I locked my keys in my car after making some late-night repairs. They asked me for the address, car make and model, and informed me of the price before saying they could get someone there in 15-20 minutes. Let me tell you, they came prepared! They clearly looked into my specific car model before coming over, because they knew exactly where the buttons would be and what an annoying car it is. After some trial and error with the buttons being stubborn, they hooked my floor button that pops the trunk and tried getting in that way. Got my keys done quickly and was out in less than 10 minutes. I am so happy they can make trailer keys. I have people I loan my trailer to that lose my keys. Also, I had a Honda pilot smart key replaced here. They did a nice job of cloning the one I brought in.

So I have a very old house and I had a door that gave me problems for years. I couldn't find the hardware anywhere! I have a 2 year old that kept trying to get upstairs, and it was a pain in the rear! Then I took it to bills and they quickly fixed it! The staff was super cool and the inventory they had is incredible, definitely worth a look! Once it was fixed they even mailed it back as I live a hour away. I would not hesitate to go shopping there and make sure you check them out for your door and hardware needs!!!
