Bill’s Lock and Key are excellent in every regard. Clayton problem solved within 1 minute what the issue was with our doorknob. Ethically, he was able to save us money by simply tightening and adjusting the doorknob. He also taught me how to maintain it. Customer service was excellent and I wouldn’t use anybody else for our lock and key needs. This company for obvious reasons has been in business for a long time. They are top notch!!

I had a briefcase, that had a combination lock, it had something valuable inside trapped for 7 years, they got it open, was shocking. More than anything else with the reasonable price for the evening, I dealt with these people for 20 years, more, they are truly vulnerable and wonderful

My experience with this company was really great. The technician arrived within the allotted timeframe, he was polite and efficient. He graciously more a N 95 mask per my request, which I provided for him. And he was able to accommodate some add-on work, which I had forgotten to request when I made my appointment. Pricing was very reasonable. The job was done quickly. This company came recommended to me and I highly recommend them!

My best friend's mother recommended this place for getting keys made. Very friendly, very professional, had my keys made in less than 5 minutes for a very reasonable cost. Enjoyed their selection of keys very much! Also watched them professionally and expertly handle a pretty rude customer, was really impressed with how calm they were and how polite they were even after dealing with that customer. Will be using them for my lock and key needs going forward.

Bill’s lock & key is a fantastic company. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when I told them my lock problem on the phone. They are definitely not there to get your money. I had trouble with my digital lock and I had them come out to look at it. They came out the same day and told me right away that it’s manufacture defect and I just need to get a different brand. I was so grateful they were honest with me and didn’t charge me for coming out. It’s rare to find a good business with great ethics like that!
