I arrived here on a Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and it was locked up tight. I called the phone number and got a very friendly young lady who is at a different location and said this location is only open on Wednesdays now. There was no sign on the window and the hours online have not been updated. I drove out of my way to visit a five-star locksmith only to find I had wasted my time

Was pretty terrible. Unhelpful, closing 2 hours early and wanted proof of ownership to get a key made. And wanted to charge for every key made unsure of which one to make. Highly recommend Milo's in Puyallup instead
