Bill's Movers & U-Lock Storage

Calm, confident, and reassuring, I wish I could give them 10 stars! These are the movers to use for any household move. We were combing two households with this move. I was incredibly nervous about moving an 5 bedroom home with a few very large heavy items and my partner’s 3 bedroom townhome. I called a company before Bills and was told they couldn’t move my children’s swingset or trampoline. I called Bill’s and from my first call with Tom he was nothing but reassuring and confident that they could move all my items with no issues. I also only gave them 2 days notice. The day of the move I was anxious and worried, it was very cold out and there was a ton of snow outside. This was the first time ever using a moving company. Bill’s mover is top notch. Everybody was very friendly, very accommodating, always had smiles on their faces and kept us in the loop through the entire process. We will only use Bill’s in the future. 100% the best experience ever.

My experience with Bill Movers was profoundly unacceptable and genuinely astonishing in the worst possible way. The level of disorganization on display was extraordinary. The staff demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism and a complete absence of accountability. Every interaction felt confrontational and unproductive. Instead of offering clarity or solutions they responded with defensiveness and dismissive behavior which made the entire process far more stressful than it should have been. Their operational standards are extremely poor. The estimate they provided was inaccurate by a significant margin and when I attempted to address the issue I was met with hostility rather than cooperation. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent unclear and often entirely unhelpful

The crew that moved us from our old house to new were polite, professional and respectful of both properties and our possessions. Moving during winter concerned me but they made sure to protect all the floors and we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. These gentlemen deserve not only accolades but worked so hard they deserve a raise! Thank you all!!

Putting blind trust in strangers to access your storage unit and drive your items to another state is more anxiety inducing than I anticipated. That said Bill's took care of us. Thank you so much for clearing out our storage unit, storing it overnight, and delivering everything safely across state lines. Saving us from driving multiple uhuals through Chicago is a blessing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have not unpacked everything but from what I can see nothing was improperly handled. The one and only big mirror we brought even made it in once piece.
