Filthy 2 Clean Steam Team Carpet/Upholstery/ Tile Floor Cleaning

I used the contact us form to inquire, there are lots of companies that I don’t even get a response from when doing those but this company responded and emailed back literally within 2 minutes of hitting send and kept up great communication, I was very happy about that already! We had a lot of food stains from our toddler, we didn't think anything could get rid of it, but still decided to contact and get it done because a clean carpet is always a plus anyways. My carpet looks like the stains never even happened! I am very happy with the results and would use them again!

I used Filthy 2 Clean Steam Team earlier in the year for a couch and chairs that needed cleaning. I was able to book an appointment quickly and the team did a great job with my furniture. This week, my basement flooded due to the flash floods and a poorly constructed basement window. The team was able to come over the same day and Richard talked me through the process and what I would need to do. My carpet was soaked, and there was standing water, so I asked the team to remove the carpet (given that this wasn't the first time the carpet had gotten wet). Filthy to Clean did an amazing job yesterday cleaning the very dirty carpets in our newly purchased home. One carpet was so filthy, no one would have believed it was originally white, but they restored it beautifully! They also removed tough red stains and other marks that we thought were permanent. The team was professional, thorough, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend them if you want your carpets looking spotless again!
