The folks at Bills Pest and Termite control are excellent and courteous. We have been with them for 23 years and have always appreciated their service. No problems now but before they spent several hours trying to discover how and where they entered into a closet. Bill came out to provid me with an estimate to rid my house of pigeons. He got right to work ( rather his drone did which delighted my 7 year old). He explained what would be the best course of action and did not over sell. He explained that some of the things I inquired about were expensive and not necessary. He provided additional options but said it would be better to see if the initial project was successful so I wouldn’t waste my money. Bill had the quote ready that afternoon. I had a rep come out from another company but I didn’t feel confident in his knowledge. Bill on the other hand seemed very knowledgable and I am planning on using them to deal with my pigeons. I just haven’t told them yet haha. I will update when the work is complete.

I have a complex pest situation in my home. I decided to give Bill’s Pest and Termite a try mostly due to their advertising. Bobby decided to squeeze me in early at about 11:00 for my 2-4 PM appointment. He stayed about 15 minutes total. He kind of listened to my storyline including the details of what had happened but interrupted me at least three times and asked “what am I here for?” When I showed him the bedroom he was unimpressed and deemed the parasite to be salt.
