Bill's Plumbing installed a radon mitigation system on our new construction. We noticed our radon levels were elevated and water was coming form the base of the pipe. A radon company removed the pipe and found Bill's Plumbing installed the pipe into a footer. Not under our foundation, like it should. The radon company said they see mistakes with installs, but not this bad. I spoke with Bill about the issue and to see if he would help pay for the correction, since I already paid him for the install. His response was it's out of warranty, he's not paying for anything, and then he hung up. Now I have to pay $500. I wouldn't have written a review because I know mistakes happen. But when the owner can't take responsibility for a mistake they clearly made, it's just bad business.

Cody came out this morning to take care of us. Very friendly, professional, and explained everything. Will be calling these guys back if for any needed plumbing around here.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Chad your plumber for an issue in the primary shower. Not only did he fix the problem but afterwards took the time to ensure the hot water still worked and without being asked checked the water pressure at the main line and in the shower head itself and resolved this as well! I am beyond impressed at the extra mile he went and will not only be using your service going forward but will also recommend your company to my friends and family! Thank you.

Four years after having a hot water tank replaced, it broke again, and on a Friday evening. Contacted Bill’s, as they were the one who installed it originally, to have them come take a look and replace. Apparently they do not work weekends and do not answer emergency calls. Needless to say, we went 4 nights with no hot water. His workers were rude and never mentioned to my (elderly) mother how much labor would cost or if the tank was even covered under warranty. Bill finally responded to me, via text, and informed the tank was covered under warranty but the labor charge was $300 for 50 minutes of installation. Completely outrageous. His workers left without giving us any documentation that it had been replaced. No payment was given as we were told “the lady who does the payments is out of

Fast, courteous, reasonably priced service, and a local company. Definitely recommend. Contacted several local plumbers to fix leaking shower; the one company who made free diagnosis quoted an insanely high price ($500+) for changing out the cartridge while another quoted upfront fees ($99) that wouldn't be considered part of labor! Bill's Plumbing Service had a very reasonable diagnosis fee that they included in the labor if work proceeded. Pat, the gentleman who showed up, was very professional and courteous. In the end, got both our showers fixed for a very very reasonable price.
