Billy Rogers Plumbing employees, Hunter and Jacob, were fabulous. We had issues with roots in our lines such that all pipes under the house and to the street had to be replaced. They worked long hours to make sure we had at least one bathroom/shower working for night one of this process even though the entire job took two days. They spent the majority of two days under our home working to get us back up and going. Even after digging down 5 to 6 feet through a significant portion of our yard, when they left our home, our yard looked just like it did before. Hunter and Jacob were so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciate the work done and the long hours spent to get us fixed.

How can a company I never worked with, before an estimate or any discussion of charges, ask for my card info to be on their file? I understand "this is how we work with new clients and we can't process the work order without it" is your policy. However I can't and won't pass over my card info before any discussions, estimates, or a service person's arrival to even see what the job is. That's my policy. Seems shady but I hope it isn't for the business' sake. I assume they got stiffed in the past and now pass that on with this policy? I don't know. New customers just be cautious.

The guys got here earlier then expected which was an A++ in my book. They were fast and honest about the problems with my furnace, which there were ZERO problems. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Usually a company will find SOMETHING that needs done to make extra money, but thankfully they were honest. I just purchased this home two weeks ago and wanted to make sure both units were running efficiently and were connected correctly every where. Also; the two guys that did the evaluation were both very nice and respectful.
