The Tech Lequante Abbott came out and checked my water lines under my house for a water leak and narrowed the problem down to a leak in the main water line underground.He reported his findings back to the company and what it would take to repair my leak uncle Sam then scheduled the repair.Im glad they sent Lequante back to do the repair along with another CO worker im sorry I forgot his name but they worked together great and replaced the bad water lines and got me up and going.Lequante was very polite and professional and knows his job service with a smile is rare these days but he showed me that there are still a lot of people who take pride in there work and know how to treat the customer. I mentioned him because he was there from the begining until the job was complete.The other gentle

We were so glad Uncle Sam's was available this past Sat. Our water heater went out. Samuel and his assistant were so nice and most importantly they did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had to pay more but because of the holiday they wouldn't be able to get to us until probably Tuesday. In fact yesterday I saw a friend at Walmart and recommended them too her.

HVAC and air conditioning cleaning no complaints finished quickly no problems stated, cleaning of dryer duct had to remind of this service had to go get whatever needed then flaps on outside house had 1 piece missing now there is two extra flaps missing where there is open whole where air to air duct blows out, would have been told this or ask if i wanted this repaired anything can crawl up in there, Jarrod contacted me and made this right went over and beyond and I am a very satisfied customer.
