Billy's Well&Pump Service

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. During the recent cold spell in Saint Helena Island SC we thought we had frozen some of our well piping, but we called Regina just in case, describing what we had done to thaw out the piping. She offered Billy to respond or to wait for whether my efforts were successful. We opted for the former and he arrived about a 1/2 hour later and quickly diagnosed that the submersible pump had unscrewed itself from the supply piping at the bottom of our 60' deep well after confirming power was on to the pump through the pressure switch and that the expansion tank was at 20 psi. During his fix, he asked how many irrigation sprinklers do we use at a time, & I said one. He said that was the problem, that 1 sprinkler does not use enough water to cause the

I believe in reviews for companies that actually deserve them. I’ve only had to use them twice, once a few years ago and once today! We had no water with an 11 month old. I called very last minute and in the afternoon, but they still got here even after an hour or more drive! The phone service is great as was the time before, I can’t remember her name but it’s the same person I’m positive! The guys got here and fixed us right up on the spot! Thanks again

I only gave Billy's Well & Pump service 5 stars because there wasn't 6. Another company put my well in before I bought my house, so when it came time to install a filter I went with the same company... HUGE MISTAKE. Shortly after the filter was installed I started noticing the ground around my well getting muddy. Soon the mud puddle got bigger, I called the company, paid a $160 service fee only to be told it wasn't anything with the pump or filter. After dealing with them for a year and now having a pond in my yard, I called Billy's. One look and he knew what it was, explained it to me, (now get this) told me how to fix it and NO service fee. Billy's is my go to for any well service and I highly recommend them
