Mike and the team have been great to work with. We bought a pump and filter from them last year ran into some issues with our filter (valve mechanism malfunction) they made it right. Fast forward we basically had them redo everything on our pool due to old plumbing/leaks this fall. Very happy with the work and the service. Mike fixed some old safety cover brass studs and threw in some springs to boot. Excited to be done throwing money at this thing, next summer should be great. Thank you for being reliable and doing a good job!

Had Mike (the owner) out to our house to give us a price quote on installing a new pool. Mike was nice and gave us a price list. Called back the the store a few days later to ask for an exact price quote to be emailed. Mike was unavailable so Cindy said she would email me the quote. A few hours later I received an email. Some of the prices were higher than what was on the price sheet that we received when Mike was at our house. Called Cindy back and she was extremely rude and told me "it is what it is". I asked to have Mike give me a call. After a few days went by I had not received a call back. I called again and asked to have Mike reach out to me. Once again nothing. Great people to deal with and do good work

Am happy with Bilz services but when they opened our pool, they tightened our Chlorine Generator to the point where no matter the tools I use, it will not loosen. I called and asked them to come and remove it so that I can clean it, as it is not producing Chlorine. They said that they would send someone out. It has been over a week and I have dumped at least 4 gallons of Chlorine into the pool waiting for them to come and fix their mistake and all they do is claim that "I am on the schedule" but I have yet to hear anything from them. It is costing me money to wait for them to decide to get to me to fix their mistake.

Mike and his staff are awesome above and beyond customer service! It is so refreshing to work with a business that understands what it means to take care of its customers I highly recommend them.
