RM Flooring and Tile

I luckily found RM Flooring through an internet search for tile installers in the lakeshore area. Rich, the owner and his team did an incredible job bringing my vision to life. Their questions, suggested alternatives, and attention to detail for the shower installation produced a result I am thrilled with! The bathroom flooring required a tremendous amount of cuts given the built-in closet. This looks great as well. Rich even offered some cost saving alternatives and some improved materials that I chose to implement. I feel that he and his team were real partners with me on this project. Rich was super easy to coordinate pre- installation and very helpful with ensuring we had the best materials for the installation. He coordinated with the supplier and worked around our schedules. He installed all new wood flooring throughout the house, new trim and floor tile and then installed new floor and wall tile in our bathroom! Installation was done very professionally and he was very communicative throughout. He showed up on time and cleaned up after his crew every day! The quality and workmanship is outstanding! He takes the time to ensure it’s done right and lasts! We will use Rich for all our flooring and tile needs and highly recommend him!

We hired Rich from RM Flooring to install almost 2100 sq ft of LVP. He did such an outstanding job installing the downstairs flooring we decided to have him do the upstairs as well. He pays close attention to detail and has excellent suggestions!! He goes above and beyond to make sure your project is perfect! We also had Rich install our kitchen backsplash and it's as beautiful as the floors. Once again great design suggestions and very patient with my back and forth on making decisions!! Rich from RM was fantastic. Came to replace the floor in my Food Trailer and found the sub-floor needed replaced first. Came back on a Sunday to get the job done as I need my trailer for Tuesday. He went above and beyond to get me fixed. 100% recommended!!!!
