After our heat went out last weekend, the team at BIM Heating & Cooling provided exceptional service from start to finish. I spoke with the owner, Keith, who dispatched a technician to diagnose the problem. Nick was fantastic, he took the time to clearly explain the issue and provided a transparent breakdown of why a full heat pump replacement was necessary. Keith then personally walked me through our options, answering every question to ensure we chose the perfect unit for our home. The installation crew, Kevin and Ricky, arrived right on time the very next day. Despite the recent snow, they were incredibly mindful of our home, using floor coverings to keep everything spotless. They worked efficiently, hauled away the old equipment, and left the workspace clean. I highly recommend BIM

BIM replaced one HVAC unit for us about a month ago. It was a great experience. Then when our second (older) unit started making an electrical burning smell, you can imagine the joy (ok, dread) we felt knowing we might have to replace a second unit so soon. Luckily, Jason came out and successfully diagnosed the problem. The part was still pricey, but they worked with us AND gave that current unit a really thorough checkup to insure they were putting an expensive part into a unit that truly does have some life left in it. We really appreciate that they did this. Excellent service, excellent communication, just all around excellent people. Thanks!

BIM Heating & Cooling is the best! I have a fairly new home and signed up for the maintenance plan and Jason came out right on time, he was super professional. He made me feel very comfortable as I am a widow where my husband used to take care of this kind of stuff. Thanks Jason, you're the BEST! I highly recommend BIM as they actually go over & beyond.
