Don't have much experience. They did not know how to fix or even figure out the problem with our thermostat or system. They spoke perfect English but then when they got confused on what they were doing they started talking another language to each other. It's very unprofessional to do that. My husband paid in advance and we could not get a refund even though they did not fix or even know how to figure out the problem. And we told our type of unit beforehand.
