Binding Moving and Storage

I got Binding Moving and Storage for interstate moving. The pricing was reasonable and the management had good communication leading up to the move and post-move. However, I found the experience fell short due to a few of my items were either damaged or lost resulting in a replacement cost that is pretty high which the company could not cover (I took the basic default insurance). I had a expensive monitor which I kept for the moving team to box assuming it would be much safer on their hand only to know that they have just wrapped it with paper (I myself would have done a much better job as non of the stuff I packed were damaged). I am not sure if the movers have professional training here. I had to pay extra when they were delivering items because they mentioned that their truck can't get

So I moved from Florida to Salem, and had to move on a holiday of all days. I had some things that was impossible for me to unload alone (only needed unloading assistance) I called binding moving and they were so extremely helpful, professional, and arrived within a few hours of confirming my appointment. The movers were respectful of my things, very kind, very professional behavior. I am thankful also they didn’t break my wallet haha! I am beyond satisfied! I highly highly recommend! And if I ever move again I will most definitely with out a doubt be using this service again! Top tier service!! I can’t praise enough!!

The moving team did not spend a few seconds evaluating the boxes to make sure that the boxes fit properly on the dolly and whether some boxes can tolerate other boxes on top of them, and secondly, whether boxes are put down on the right side. On a few occasions, they put some boxes upside down despite the fact that all boxes had a “This Side Up” sign on them. Secondly, in my opinion, the dollies were small, and in a few cases, they stacked boxes on the edge of the dolly, resulting in the box getting bent on the edge. Finally, we taped a sign of “Please do not put any boxes on the top” on a few boxes, as they have fragile items in them, but the moving team did not pay attention to those signs and put boxes on top of them. I was nervous about moving, but Binding Movers made it so simple. The staff was polite, efficient, and very organized. My furniture arrived in perfect condition- thank you for the great service!

The movers were punctual and handled everything with care. My belongings arrived safely and the process felt well managed.
