Unfortunately, the representative I dealt with was unaccommodating and dismissive of my concerns. It’s important to note that I had no issue paying for the service — my concern lies solely with the way I was treated. Terrible Company that doesn't stand by their work. They installed my septic system October 2022. The system is 1.5 years old. My alarm box was corroded due to no electrical putty in the conduit from the alarm box to the septic tank. The lack of putty allows the vapor and moisture to inundate the alarm box causing corrosion. My system only had a one year warranty from the builder and Bingham. After talking to the Builders warranty department, he stated that the repairs would be My responsibility. I called the first available reputable septic plumber due to the fact that my septic water level was getting dangerously high. After the repair was completed and the findings were negligence. I called Bingham to let them know of the situation. I was hoping they would help with the repair costs du

if I could give them a -5 i would, I'm not sure how this company is still in business. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend to anyone please take your money anywhere but here!

I dealt with Aaron and Ashley , they were both amazing and very helpful! Very fast and professional. Will definitely be using them for in the future .
