Marc and his staff were wonderful to work with! They cleaned out my parents’ home so we could sell it. They went through the contents of the house and put aside valuables and important papers for our family. They were all so kind and did a lot of work for our family. I highly, highly recommend Bio-One of Richmond. His team cleaned up a large homeless encampment behind a shopping center I manage. This encampment had been in the woods for many years. Needles, crack pipes, feces and so much more of complete nastiness. They did a thorough and efficient job in 100 degree heat. Marc goes above and beyond in his assessment of your needs, even if you end up not needing his company. Between a phone consultation and on-site visit, he spent at least two hours examining our previous house for rodent activity. He thoroughly examined every room, including climbing around our attic and through the crawlspace, taking detailed photos/notes to explain his findings. I felt more than comfortable with the results after discussing everything with Marc, and truly appreciate the time he spent on someone who wasn't even a paying customer.

I reached out to BioOne because I had raccoons in my attic space and needed to determine what type of cleaning needed to take place after I evicted them. The owner at BioOne Marc was extremely helpful and flexible working with my schedule. He came by to inspect my attic and literally boosted himself into the attic space through my small access door in the ceiling. He crawled his way through the attic across the joists and was able to locate some raccoon feces but it wasn’t much since the raccoons were only up there for maybe a week. He took thorough pictures and removed the feces right on the spot and didn’t recommend that I needed further cleaning service based on his examination. I was extremely impressed with Marc’s friendliness and willingness to go into the attic where other companies

The owner, Mark, spent so much time answering a ton of my questions, assessing my situation, reviewing photos, and in the end recommended alternatives that would better address my needs.
