Jake started off seeming like a very professional individual. However when it came back to getting a refund from some work that was very bad, good luck! Gave me a false USPS shipping label for a check refund to be mailed back, I still have not received this check. He has ignored all of my attempts of calls and text messages and continued to lie to me about the check being sent out, dropped in my mailbox, etc. His mold remediation is probably what he does best but do not let him assist in remodeling bathrooms or areas with water damage. Our ceiling in the bathroom is still falling apart and the doors he had his people rehang do not fit appropriately.
