Biosweep Southeast has been fantastic! The owner, Mike Jager, was very responsive - providing us with a fast, accurate quote and he stuck to it. He shared pictures of the work progress everyday, and answered all of our questions immediately. He and his crew are hardworking, respectful, and neat. We are very pleased we used Biosweep and would use them again in the future. We recommend them 100%!

BioSweep Southeast is a wonderful company to work with. I worked closely with Mike, Rebecca and Gabriella. They answered all my questions. Each one treated me with respect, kindness and patience.This summer I needed work done on my house that had water damage to the foundation. They took care of the environmental issues due to high humidity as well as replacing structural columns in the foundation. They provided excellent work in a timely fashion. They are a high quality company that I would highly recommend. In addition to all that I needed extra work done in November due to a leaking hot water heater. I called them at short notice. They came out to my house within the week assessed the damage and repaired it!! But the best part is that BioSweep didn’t charge me a penny for this repair!!

I just moved to Charleston this year and have had several contacts with BioSweep. When water got in my crawl space, they were quick to respond. They did an excellent job encapsulating my crawl space! They identified other issues I needed to have addressed but provided a temporary solution in the meantime. There was also expected flooding and Mike had the guys put sandbags at the crawl space panel as an added measure of protection. Mike was responsive throughout the project, and it is always a pleasure to speak with Rebecca in the office who is always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Quick to respond to a big issue with moisture over the summer and helpful in resolving issue. They kept crew on the job until it was finished even though project ended up being much bigger. Responsive and will always make sure customer is happy before project is done. Great company!
