I am the Cheif Engineer at a hotel in North Charleston SC I have had problems with my Seresco A/C / Dehumidifier for around 5 years. everyone that I call out to service the unit couldn't figure out why it wasn't working properly. Now after 5 years and a thousands of dollars spent with people who had no idea what they where doing other than draining the bank. finally a carring and conserned service tec. showed up from Sierra's construction his first name was Fred . not going to put his last name for respect but he is by far the best service tech I have ever come in contact with I will use these guys for anything that I can within there scope of work and i hope everyone else will too. thanks so much for your hard work and dedication to fixing a problem that has been going on for years .
