Very helpful, efficient and thorough.. Great to work with and took care of rodent issues which put me at ease. Dominic understood my concerns and that made the situation very manageable. I originally used Biotech for ants and they were excellent so I continued with them for the mice. This was cleared within a couple of visits. What a relief!

When we bought our home 12 years ago, the former owner left the biotech sticker in the boiler room. I am glad that they did because I have used the company for the past 6 or 7 years. We used biotech termite and pest control to solve a mouse problem in our home. We dealt directly with the owner,Steve. He was extremely nice and very prompt to get us service. The technician that came to the house was very knowledgeable and extremely polite, he treated for mice and and blocked all the holes. We received a guarantee and were told to call if we had any problems they would be happy to come back. We were very satisfied with the service and we will definitely recommend the company
