Daniel & his crew did a great job. They notified us they were on their way and arrived on time. They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, listened to our concerns and immediately started working. As my mother is 98 and lives with us, being without heat and electricity was worrisome. They worked diligently and fastidiously to complete our electricity upgrade. I strongly recommend them.

In June 2025, Daniel fixed a faulty switch which had aluminum wiring. In June 2024, Daniel removed the dining room light from one location and replaced it with a new fixture in another location. In November 2024, Tim and Anthony installed 3 foyer and hallway light fixtures and an outlet in the utility room. Every time, the work was done efficiently and quickly, with any needed cleanup afterwards. Great and friendly service!

Highly recommend! I hired Birckhead to install a EV home charger but we soon found out that the charger was broken. They worked over several weeks to prove to the EV charger manufacturer that it was an equipment fault and we ended up getting a free replacement. Birckhead came out the day we got the replacement and assisted with reinstall. Very efficient, communicative, and professional business!
