We needed new piping installed in basement ,connecting an upstairs radiator to the boiler. Birk sent a very nice guy named Chris for the project. He was supposed to arrive at 7am and he was there at exactly 7 am !!! I had to leave but by time I returned ,he had done the best job ever..plus he cleaned up after himself ,youd have never known he'd been there ! His work was impeccable ! I highly recommend folks to please call Birks if you have any plumbing problems. I forgot to mention ,my husband was shocked at how more than fair the cost of the job was too !!

Early 2020, I contacted Birk plumbing for a pipe repair. The Service. Technician did an excellent job so I called and ask for my powder room to be checked out, I didn't have hot water. The Tech returned around November 2020 and informed me, he needed to run a pipe and order a portable electric hot water heating unit. He had opened the ceiling in basement. This was okay because, he informed me it would be about one or two weeks return.
