When I first typed Bruce's name into the search engine, "BRUCE LEE" came up and I almost didn't correct it -- except that this Bruce, Bruce Lella the Locksmith, is infinitely cooler, more badass, and a personal lifelong hero from this day forth. My boyfriend and I were stranded for 9 miserable hours on a hot July Saturday in the middle of nowhere with 1 intermittent bar of cell service and dying phone batteries. Locked out of our truck, neither my insurance nor my boyfriend's would send us Roadside Assistance. They claimed they couldn't find the location (we gave them GPS coordinates); they said they couldn't send help until we paid upfront (our wallets were locked inside the car). Bruce was superb!! We got ourselves locked out of our RV in the middle of nowhere late at night, and Bruce came immediately. He was the only one between Mammoth and Bishop whom responded and gave us a reasonable quote. Once he showed up, he immediately got it unlocked and even advised us on what preparations to have ahead of time. Incredibly friendly guy and cannot recommend him enough!

I was at Whitney Portal on a Saturday night locked out of my car. I connected by phone and was counseled to a relaxed state in which I understood the complexity of auto key designs in this age. I ended up reaching a beautiful resolution but it took time and a new frame of mind. The foundation behind my eventual re-access to my car was achieved as a direct result of the wisdom I gained in that initial panicked phone call. I spent zero dollars but came away with fresh knowledge and a calmer state. I count myself lucky to have met this honest and pleasant citizen.

I was recommended this locksmith and honestly it was like striking gold! He attended us quickly on the same day, was super friendly and professional, and had the key situation handled in no time. I was so relieved ! On top of that his prices were very fair, especially for a last-minute call. Great service all around friendly, efficient, honest and reliable. I can’t recommend him enough!
