Bud Miller and Sierra Summit are awesome. Period. (if that's not enough, here's more) Working on the Sierra Eastside has innumerable challenges, and Bud was ready and prepared for all of them. Bud has fantastic relationships with the county and the local trades. Which means that we had a fast track on permitting and inspections and we knew what to be on top of in design and permitting. The local subcontractors that work with Bud are loyal to him, they bent over backwards to prioritize our job because of their relationship with Bud--this kept our project on track and at budget. Bud himself is equally loyal and exceptionally honest. He invested a massive amount of resources in our project on the front end (worth every penny to put him on a pre-construction service agreement) and he stuck

Bud did an excellent job as general contractor on my home remodel in Bishop CA. The house I purchased was a former rental unit and need lots of work. New Roof, New lighting and electrical panel work, New plumbing of a bathroom, new gas lines, took down a wall to open up a room, all new tile and flooring, drywall repair and on. Bud was able to get all the subcontractors in a timely fashion and high quality work. He was extra helpful with all the challenges that remodeling during a pandemic shutdown brought. He kept me up to date in all work and issue, a problem solver.
