We had an excellent experience with Bishop Well & Pump Service. Serviceman Butch and his helper, Gary, arrived a little earlier than scheduled, which we truly appreciated, and Butch called ahead to let us know he was on the way. They immediately went to the tank and inspected everything thoroughly. Although the switch had thawed by the time they arrived, Butch noticed that our pressure gauge was rusted and not properly calibrated, so he replaced it. When we mentioned that our water pressure had been poor since moving in, he also took the time to increase it, which made an immediate improvement. We provided a moving blanket and an old storage tote, and Butch used them to carefully insulate the pump pipes to help prevent future freezing. What really impressed us was his follow-up — later t

I'm extremely disappointed with Bishop Well & Pump. We typically always use them and while they get the job done extremely fast, this past experience was simply not good enough. After maybe 10 minutes of three gentlemen checking out our pump, we were told we needed a brand new motor, and that it would cost us $1,500. Turns out we had a pipe pop out of place in our back yard and it was gushing water. We put the pipe back in and it immediately fixed our problem. It is now day 2 and everything seems to be perfectly normal with our water and pressure. Sure glad we didn't have $1,500 because it wouldn't have fixed the problem.
