I had Bison Iron & Step install two outdoor hand railings in October 2025. They were very prompt and efficient with the installation, the price was very reasonable, and the railings look super! I can't thank Dave and his crew enough! Highly recommend!!
We have hired them several times over the years for our rental properties. Great service and beautiful work! We were surprised how quickly it got done.
Waste of time. We had them out for an estimate, the guy showed up at the wrong time when no one was home, wrote a mysterious quote that he wouldn't share, then couldn't be bothered to tell me about or tweak it.
Very unprofessional, rude, and very short tempered. I am so glad I went with another company.
Can't even deliver steps ... what a joke
