The plumbers Vern and Vern (father and son) were to my house and right off the bat they told me the cost so there was nothing hidden from me, and they found the problem I was having. They were very thorough with their explanation and showed me using their snake camera what the issue is. Unfortunately I have to have pipe replaced because the cast iron pipe corroded. My home is 66 years old. They told me what the price would be to replace it but they also gave me other options that would only be temporary. They were very polite and answered all questions that I had. I'm very pleased with today's visit. I also have used them in the past and have nothing but good experience with them. They were very professional from start to finish, and I really appreciated the text notifications letting me know when they were on their way. The Bison team did a great job removing the bad section of drain, replacing with pvc, and back filling the hole. Density testing was performed for each foot of sand they placed in the hole.Provided temporary patch for the side walk. Great job guys!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Damani & Jay installed a garbage disposal (new install). They were friendly, explained in lay terms what needed to be done, showed me it's features - it's a batch disposal instead of continuous feed.
