Biviano Carpet One Floor & Home

Just stopped in to see vinyl plank flooring and found one I really liked after checking 3 other places. Sales people were very helpful, patient with me and explained the process. I was very unsure because this was such a big decision and I didn't know how it would turn out. The price was right and the installers were fantastic. They helped us put our furniture back and cleaned up very well. Overall it turned out easier then I thought and was pleased with the outcome of our entrance way, living room and hallway.

I have worked with the Biviano team on many projects for many years. They are truly the best! Always kind, professional and find a way to make the project perfect! I just purchased and installed 4 rooms + my basement stairs worth of carpet through Biviano. I can't say enough about how great the experience was. They helped me pick out what I liked. The people in the store were great. Very friendly every time I've gone in. Incredibly helpful. I never felt like they were pushing for me to make a choice. The gentlemen who came out to measure brought samples of my final choices to help me decide were also very friendly and knowledgeable. There was enough carpet that they had to come out twice to finish the installation. I had the same crew both times. They were awesome and did a great job. They came in and got right to work. They were both paid attention to detail. When they were done they left my house in better shape than when they arrived.

I definitely lucked out or upon this team after purchasing a home in my hometown after not living in the area for more than 30 years. I went to Biviano's looking for new hardwood flooring options but ended up doing 90% of my renovations through them, Kiba Kitchen and Bath and their amazing contractor Keith. Doing a renovation while traveling and living in another state is challenging from most perspectives. However, Jim, Keith, Grace and their entire professional teams were nothing but stellar. They did an excellent job of making my home custom and beautiful! Even when we were faced with a challenge or a change needed, they never made me feel anything but heard and supported! We had 3 rooms finished with luxury vinyls and were extremely happy with the result. From the beginning Jessie and Jennifer could not have been more helpful choosing a floor. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner that met our needs. The installers were very professional and kept us abreast of everything they were doing. This included having to work an extra day due to grinding that had to be done in one room. I would highly recommend Biviano’s for the professional work performed at our house.
