Rick is a master of his craft, and he really thought outside the box with my unconventional residential installation...solved issues and saved me money! The whole crew was very hard working and professional yet friendly and personable. They installed my furnace in November, and during this whole frigid winter it was put the the test, and has performed flawlessly with relatively low utility bills. I truly believe this is the best company you can rely upon for all your HVAC needs.

Great experience. Woke up Monday morning with our furnace no longer working. We knew it was coming, just hoped to get through the winter. The owner came out within 2 hours of our initial call, gave an estimate. Which, for a new ac and furnace, was very reasonable considering the circumstances. Some businesses would take advantage of the situation and the fact it was cold and we had no heat. Mazza was empathetic and gave a price that was as good as any quotes we received last summer. To top it off, they came out next morning and installed the furnace. The work looks amazing and we are very satisfied we called Mazza’s Heating & Cooling.

Mazza was the only one that could figure out my AC problem at my office. I know a little about HVAC from having worked with my uncles in the past and the explanations and proposals that two other companies that the building owner had called did not make sense to me. on a tip I called Mazza and he quickly figured out multiple installation and prior maintenance issues Such as incorrect A coil settings, Freon overcharged, and unsealed ventilator box. He corrected all of these for a very reasonable price, The system works great, and he is a very knowledgeable and honest man in my opinion. My daughter recently bought a house about 40 miles awayand needs new HVAC system and I hope and pray That Mazza is able to sell and install it.

On the coldest day, our furnace stopped working. Within an hour of my call, a service technician arrived at my home. We opted to replace the furnace. Within an hour or two, the unit and two installers came to install. Everyone from this company were so professional and did an amazing job. We will always call Mazza.

So just the other day our furnace stopped working. Very very cold in the house. Guy came out and looked at it. Told him we were interested in a new furnace/ac bc ours is very old and we knew it was inevitable eventually. Guy says he doesn’t want us to be cold and leave us hanging in the meantime. Guy calls his boss, goes and gets a part and gets our furnace working for literally nothing. No charge. Obviously will use them our replacement. Our family is cozy and warm tonight thanks to the generosity and kindness of this company. Highly recommend!!
