Unreliable and Unresponsive Service I recently moved and was referred to this cleaning service, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Over the past month and a half, we’ve used them regularly, hoping things would improve—but they haven’t. We scheduled weekly cleanings, yet the appointments have been completely inconsistent. You never know if or when the team will actually show up. Just yesterday, our cleaning was scheduled for 3 PM, but the team didn’t arrive until 6 PM. Attempts to get updates have been frustrating. My wife has called numerous times to check the status, but no one answers. Instead, you just receive vague text updates about when the team might arrive. The person who recommended the service even told me I’d need to be aggressive to get taken seriously
