Stay away!! I can’t begin to express my level of frustration with Brian, the owner. He came out to our house to provide a fair estimate, then cashed our deposit without ever showing up to complete the work. He promised to bring his crew on multiple occasions but never arrived,, three days in a row, nor gave notice as to his absence. Subsequently, I have capitulated on the work and just asked for my deposit back, to which Brian agreed, but again never followed through. I am left having to pursue legal action just to get my deposit returned.
