It’s start of summer. Our A/C stops working. We are given Nick’s name from our oil company. Nick shows up same day. Assesses, and returns later that day with a written estimate. He then shows up and competes the job to absolute perfection 4 days later. And then he came by a day later to make sure it was running smooth and that we were happy with the job. This is the epitome of local service. I would highly recommend Nick.

With a house full of kids and winter coming fast, we were panicking when our furnace broke down. After getting an unreasonably high quote from another company, a coworker reminded me about Bol Mechanical. Nick quickly identified the issue and clearly explained the solution, showing their expertise and product knowledge. They not only repaired the furnace efficiently with high-quality parts, but their communication throughout the process was outstanding. It’s reassuring to know there’s a company that genuinely cares about families and gets the job done right. Highly recommend!

I had a heat pump installed by Bol Mechanical and the installation was fine. The heat pump had a $1200 rebate thru Mass Save. I sent in my paperwork and many months later ( Mass Save is extremely slow in processing paperwork) they told me I needed a receipt that said paid in full, something I had not received from the plumber. For 3 months I sent multiple emails and voice mails requesting a receipt. Each request was ignored. I kept Mass Save informed as to how much trouble I was having with the plumber and they eventually accepted a copy of the canceled check. Seriously, how much effort would it have taken to send me a receipt that said paid in full but apparently they couldn't be bothered.

It’s not too often that you find a contractor that is fast, reliable and fairly priced, Nick is my go to guy for any plumbing/HVAC needs, thanks for the top tier service Nick! Jared
