I want to commend Docs Peak Heating & Air Conditioning for their exceptional professionalism and expertise. After a contractor was running my oil burner system in extremely low temperatures amid ongoing remodeling—where the wall was knocked down and jackhammers were being operated right next to the system—the system was ultimately damaged. The contractor initially tried to hold me responsible for the repair costs. However, when Docs Peak Heating & Air Conditioning technician inspected the situation, they clearly informed the contractor that the system should never have been operating under those conditions. I shopped around on the purchase of dual zone Bosch Heat Pumps and when I contacted Doc's Peak HVAC, they promptly came over to quote several options that would meet my needs. Kyle was easy to work with, prompt and on schedule, clean and orderly leaving me with an excellent experience- and we have been enjoying they benefits ever since! I have an older gas furnance and the blower motor failed. The tech they sent out was a younger person mid 20’s (sorry I forget your name). He was polite and efficient. He even put deflectors back on that I had removed trying to get the furnance to work. I paid the invoice at the end and was pleasantly surprised that it was lower than I was expecting. I am going to have to replace the old furnance before next winter and I will be calling DOCs to do the work.

Tenant had no heat on a Sunday with a snow storm raging. Kyle came out to repair furnace and found many parts needed upgrading. He repaired what he could and came back later to finish repairs. Heat issue was caused by jelled oil in outside tank. Repair was not inexpensive but glad they were available to come out in no heat emergency situation. Will use them again.
