The service was assigned quickly and I received text message alerts when they were on their way. The crew was polite, professional, and extremely clean. The service was done in about 90 minutes. Contacted R. Harris this morning regarding having them quote a gas range disconnect and new gas range installation. As the new range was arriving today, I was anticipating having to wait, but they immediately got me on today's schedule for a time shortly after my delivery. Ethan let me know when he was headed my way, arrived on time, and got right to work. He was pleasant and professional throughout the process and was very thorough. Based on my experience I would highly recommend R. Harris and they will be my first choice for plumbing and heating moving forward. Great price, fantastic and professional service! Thank you!!

First time using R Harris. Rob returned call shortly after I left a message about issue with water heater. Dave came that same day to repair. 5 stars for great communication by Rob and professional/polite service by Dave. Would not hesitate to call again.

R. Harris was able to retrofit AC into an antique home where competing companies refused to quote. His company was professional, clean and efficient. The project was done on time and on budget. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This isn't the first time I had R. Harris Plumbing and Heating. They replaced the plumbing in my upstairs bathroom shower. They did an excellent job! So it makes sense that I would call them again when I noticed water leaking under my kitchen sink. I called Monday. My call was returned Monday and the plumber came out Tuesday. It was my garbage disposal. The plumber, David Perry was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the part fixed the problem! I will only call R. Harris Plumbing and Heating!
