Ben, Justin, John and team went above and beyond to create a beautiful epoxy floor in our basement. We met with several issues along the way and they were great at communicating with us to keep us informed about the upcoming plans as well as providing resolutions for any problems that arose. At the end of the project we love it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful, unique, durable flooring option.

Black Bear came recommended to us from the company whose concrete grind and seal system we wanted to use. I couldn't be happier with the final product and service along the way. The Black Bear team were prompt with a site visit to give a quote. Our project manager, Benjamin, reached out frequently to help with the timeline as we managed other aspects of the project. He completely managed the installation process from start to finish and took a lot of stress off my plate. Work with Juan onsite was a breeze; he told us what to expect and the finished floor is stellar! We talked with Justin, the owner, a few times throughout the project and upon completion to make sure we were happy.

These guys did an amazing job on our concrete floors. They were over 120 years old, uneven/unlevel, had cracking, patching, and deterioration all over. I was skeptical that anything could even be done to really fix them. Somehow these guys got them looking like new!! Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend. Super professional and great to work with.
