Technician let himself into my yard despite obvious posting about keeping gates closed and the presence of dogs. No notification whatsoever, and a disingenuous statement about them being willing to take the risk if my dog had bitten the tech. They have zero respect for a home owner's reasonable expectation of privacy. Additionally, the customer service standards in the agreement with the City if Colorado Springs requires that, in a non emergency, cable companies are required to provide 24 hours notice before entering private property.

If I can give the person, Ryan, 0 stars I would. I don't think it is necessarily the business, but Ryan had a post on the marketplace selling dirt. We scheduled a delivery, that ended up being rescheduled, to no fault of mine, on the date that the dirt was supposed to be delivered there was no communication and Ryan was a no show. Then the post was removed from the marketplace!! No respect for people's time!!

They are super inconsiderate, parking across driveways, in front of fire hydrants. They were asked to move, but still parked in front of driveway for more than 45 minutes.

Looks like this is a norm for them to just block people in when there's open space that could've been utilized. Also thank you to your worker that pulled all the trash out of a bucket on my property snooping and just let it blow away. Top knotch work y'all.

This guys have no respect to our communities , they come in , they block our cars , our roads , they make lot of dust , dirt , etc. When I was trying to speak with them , this guy Ryan was very arrogant and star swearing on me . This is not acceptable . The people who give them work should know about them bad behaviors
