Our roof at our home was in terrible condition-every board was rotten and had water damage, broken trusses, etc. They had a new beautiful roof done with new vents included in two days. The roof looks great and we feel relieved! We also had them install new fascia which we have to paint ourselves and complete some calking but it’s all new and solid and that’s what matters. Subcontracted by our GC, we needed a driveway poured. Besides trying to up our price by $10k per change I requested, I'm glad I stopped them from any more work as you can see it is absolutely horrible. Not only that, when I fired them, they threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn’t pay them an extra $5k for God knows what. I ended up paying $19k for the slab of concrete to the right that Black Diamond did with requests of $20k more, a showdown in my front yard upon being fired, confirmation from two other concrete contractors they didn't lay the rebar in correct measurements, and poured only four inches instead of the five we needed for boat storage. Maybe they’re great for other stuff, but we got hassled and screwed, for sure, on this job.

Lorenzo and his crew did an amazing job for us! The new expanded driveway looks amazing. I would recommend Black Diamond Construction without hesitation.
