We recently did a gut renovation of a complicated 4 bedroom waterfront property with Chris and the Black Diamond team. We were so lucky to have had such an incredible contractor. Chris personally overall, every aspect of the renovation and was on site all the time navigating the various trades coming in. His eye for detail, his organization, his fantastic style and his extremely patient demeanor all made for a great experience. Chris is kind, skilled, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He made himself available to us seven days a week and even when I sent messages late at night after work, he would respond promptly. He routinely looks over the work that the subcontractors do to make sure it is up to par and when it does not meet his standards, even if we would not have noticed

The staircase/ railings, molding details, custom antique mirror and iron doors are absolute showstoppers. Chris's expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to perfection made the renovation a seamless and enjoyable process. A notable aspect of the renovation that stands out to me is the meticulous cleanliness maintained in my residence throughout the entire renovation process.
