When Nick came to the door to view the job, I thought to myself, he looks very young. Oh, he must be the boss's son. But lo and behold he was not the boss's son. He was highly educated in the field. He knew not only What the problem was all about, what were the possible causes, what could be done to fix the problem and the prices that would be charged accordingly.
