In 38 years in this house, on our 3rd heating system, Brandon is definitely the most knowledgeable tech we've had. When we recently replaced our heating system BFHC was the highest bid, but we chose them anyway based on Brandon's expertise. During installation, I requested something that wasn't "by the book". Brandon refused, and later I discovered my request would not have worked as I thought. Minor issue - Brandon left a used extension cord to power the condensate pump.

Let’s be honest in Colorado Springs it’s difficult to find a company that provides a quality service. Look no further for your AC needs! My experience with Black Forest was superb in every respect. The scheduling line was very polite, informative, and transparent. Brandon was my Tech, he was friendly and super knowledgeable about my system. He didn’t try to sell me on things that I didn’t need and provided through explanations to all my questions. The only caveat is I did not shop around so as an honest reviewer I can’t tell you if they are the cheapest, but they seemed reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend to everyone.

Highly recommended! We were having issues with our geothermal system that had stumped a self-professed expert with another business. Brandon of BFHC came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the needed repairs at a fraction of the cost quoted to continue troubleshooting by the competition. Professional, polite, knowledgeable—we won’t go with anyone else going forward.

Excellent experience with this company today. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the expert who support our service call. Incredibly knowledgeable about our boiler system and very detailed in assesing the problem. I am an engineer and expect a lot from professionals in this industry and this team exceeded expectations. I scheduled two appointments with this company to look at my water heater exhaust near the roof as it is leaking water during precipitation; the first appointment was scheduled for 25 June 2021 between 0900-1100 (I scheduled this early June) and the second appointment on 28 July 2021 between 1500-1700. On 25 June I called the desk after 1100 and I was told that the customer called and canceled the appointment. I didn't call and cancel and I was told that the 'system' said that the appointment was cancelled. So I set up the 28 July 2021 appointment during that phone call on 25 June 2021.
