We recently had this company come out to pump our system. After it was pumped, we started noticing black sludge coming out of the sprinklers, which obviously had us concerned. I had submitted a home warranty claim to have everything checked out because of that issue. As soon as I could, I called to ask when they might be able to come out. Before we even got anything scheduled, Lance, one of the owners, was upfront and honest with me. He explained that the warranty would likely not cover replacing our aerator and that it could cost a few hundred dollars out of pocket. During the conversation, I mentioned that we actually had another aerator left over from when we bought the property. Lance suggested I hook that one up first to see if it worked before spending any money. Sure enough, it work

Phenomenal customer service. I called Thursday at 5:06. They were closed but Brandy called me back the next morning and I don't even leave a message. That's outstanding service in my book. She was very informative, helpful, accommodating and didn't mind all my questions. The two gentleman that came out where quick, efficient, polite, and left no trace they had even been there. Thanks so much you guys. Keep up the awesome work.

Doug and the ENTIRE staff are Amazing!! Quick response time, excellent work, and also taught us a few things thru troubleshooting. They have saved us money. And have always made themselves available for follow-up, or just simple questions. VERY informative. I will always recommend because the traveled a loooong way to install our system. Service is always fast and reasonably priced. Black Hawk installed my system and has always provided any needed service. All employees are friendly and courteous and are excellent at communicating any changes or notifications of schedule. I would highly recommend them for any equipment or service issues.
