Blue Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Overall, this was a great experience. Mr Rodie was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was on time and took care to make sure spots were clean and was able to remove a couple of stains. He cleaned the carpets in our 3 bedroom house in just under 2 hours and the service was reasonably priced. I recommend this company.

Reasonably priced, and more importantly they are honest folks to work with. We had them clean some old couches that were COVERED in dog hair. Before he started, he warned me that it wouldn't all come out due to the style of fabric on the couch; and asked me several times while he was doing the first couch if I was ok with how it looked, or if he should stop. Ultimately, our couches look (and smell) substantially better than I can recall them ever being.

I just want to commend this company on the wonderful customer service they provided....from the phone call to schedule the appointment to the actual carpet cleaning service we received. Top notch ! We are so happy with the job that Greg did on our carpet ! He was very knowledgeable, professional and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. I will use him again and recommend him to family and friends !

Called and set up an appt for the same morning. Super nice lady helped set up the time and take my info. Greg called to let me know he was on the way. Showed up 15 minutes later. Was very professional and checked out the carpet with me and he suggested his thoughts to best clean it. We needed one bedroom carpet cleaned and in a hurry. 30 minutes later he was done and the carpet looked great. Awesome service. I will be using them again.

Greg did a great job on our carpet! He was also very flexible on the timing since we needed it done at the last minute to list our house. Wonderful job, friendly service! I highly recommend Blue Carpet and tile cleaning!!!
