Cody Hathaway did a great job. He conducted a service checkup and let us know that a couple of things needed to be replaced. After my wife and I discussed the options provided by Cody, then contacted Black Hills to let them know what option we chose. Cody came back a couple days later with the parts and installed them. He is a great service technician.

RIP OFF!! I paid nearly $600.00 to repair one electrical outlet. It took him less than 5 minutes. He said he wasn’t able to install my Ring fixture. Had to hire another electrician who did 5 hours of work for the same amount as the 5 minutes. I don’t know how they can get away with this. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY. I would give a lower score if possible!!

2 stars for professionalism and quality work, but eye-watering prices mean I'll never have these guys out again. In a bind and needed the job done to complete a project... but $835 for a single quad-outlet added to my pantry (easily accessible via crawl space) will have me calling anyone else next time I need work done.

We would NOT recommend this company. We paid $130 for them to give us an estimate for hanging a light fixture. Their quote was 4 times higher than Reliable Electric! I sent a letter to the company afterwards but did not receive a reply. I will give them 2 stars just for coming out promptly to look at the job.
