Daniel came on November 9th to inspect for mold. On the 15th I asked him if he had my quote yet. He said he was working on it and would get it to me that day but to call my insurance. The next day I let him know my insurance was asking for the quote. I repeatedly asked him for the quote and he kept saying I’ll get it to you later or tomorrow. I didn’t get it till the 22nd of November. He claimed he could start on the 26th but never showed or called. He claimed he would come on the 28th and finish on the 29th. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by BMRP. Initially, the vendor appeared professional and flexible, offering to evaluate my residence and provide a reasonable price. However, this experience quickly turned into an unprofessional nightmare. Per our agreement, the vendor was paid half of the service fee upfront. Unfortunately, the completion of the work was stalled for several weeks. The owner failed to provide a consistent schedule and assumed he could show up at his convenience, rather than adhering to a professional and consistent work schedule.
