Dan and his technician were great to work with. I have a well head that was installed several years ago by the previous company owner. When I recently connected my generator to the well cord no water came out. I called Dan and he provided me with some Do It Yourself tips. After exhausting those suggestions he offered to have his technician who was at the neighbor's property stop by to inspect the well. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, a loose wire in the plug. He promptly reconnected the wire, plugged it in to his portable generator and the well pump turned on. Dan and his technician were courteous, helpful, resolved the problem and didn't charge me for the technician's time. Thank you Dan!

These guys were wonderful! They responded quickly, came out first thing the next morning, had the part in their truck and fixed it on the spot! They were kind and courteous! I couldn’t be happier! Thankful for the great referral from a friend!

The guys were great - so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable! I learned a ton! From the first call, to texting with them, the people here were exceptional. Dan even mentioned a few things I could try on my own to avoid needing a service call. They are doing things right at Black Mountain!

5-stars to BMPSI !! 2025 Living in Guffey CO area we can rely on Black Mountain Pump Services Inc. I called on weekend - Sunday morning left a message of no water in house. The same day got a call back from the general manager Dan. He asked questions, I answered (even though I had no idea what I was talking about) he was able to decipher our situation and said his crew would be out. Monday morning first thing they arrived and tested pressure tank and well pump. They explained their process and ready to get to work. We felt confident in their handling our water problems. The men exuded patience, understanding, knowledge of what needed to be done. Many many praises for being reliable, available, kind and patient. We will always call on them. Thank you Rebecca M.

What a great experience we had with Black Mountain! They actually picked up the phone when called which is refreshing. Communication was excellent. They came very quickly when our well stopped, they were so experienced and resolved our well problems with precision, professionalism and courtesy. We absolutely recommend them to everyone!
