Life savers!! We were told our system failed inspection and needed reengineering costing $60k+. Michael gave us expert advice over the phone and Nathan showed up the next day, in the rain, to look at fixes for our system. He scoped and not only didn’t find problems, but did a thorough inspection and said our system was in good shape. Nathan went above and beyond!! Such a great attitude. We really enjoyed him. After two months of runaround with other companies on how to fix our problem, with Michael’s support we had a free and clear solution in ONE day. He completed our inspections within a very quick turnaround time from making the appointment to completing the inspections to receiving the written reports. Michael was very responsive to my urgent need as everything was backing up into my home. He explained what I needed to have done and turned a really crappy situation ( literally) into a good outcome. Michael is fantastic and I cannot recommend him highly enough! After purchasing a new home I came to find out the homes septic system had several undisclosed issues, so I called Michael out for a second opinion. He did a very thorough inspection and recommended I install the pirana system. He dealt with my endless questions, never once seemed annoyed, and always answered my questions with thorough answers. It has been almost 2 months now since Michael and his team installed my pirana unit and the issues of the past have seemed to be resolved just as he promised, my septic tank is working perfectly!
